Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Gear

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
